# Privacy Policy ## Introduction This Privacy Policy explains how XLS2APP application ("we", "our", or "app") handles your data when you use our services to access and process Google Spreadsheet data. ## Data Access and Usage App accesses Google Spreadsheet data only after you explicitly grant permission through Google's OAuth authentication process. We only access spreadsheets that you identify by providing its URL. App accesses and processes content of the provided Google Spreadsheet including cell values, formulas and formatting. No other user data is accessed. ## Data Storage **We do not store any of your spreadsheet data on our servers.** All data is processed temporarily in memory solely to perform the functionality you have requested - specifically to generate page representation of your spreadsheet. Once processing is complete, the data is not retained. For the purposes of improving application, in case of errors we may log pieces of user content, for example formulas that triggered an error, without identifying information - no URLs, spreadsheet IDs, client IDs, or other identificators are logged. ## Data Retention Client ID provided via OAuth process is stored in session cookie in your browser, all spreadsheet data is used in-memory for page generation and is not stored in persistent storage. Logs generated in case of error that might contain pieces of user data are retained no longer than 7 days for the debugging purposes. ## Data Processing Our app processes your spreadsheet data only to generate a React application code mimicking functionality of the spreadsheet. ## No Data Sharing We do not share your spreadsheet data or any information derived from it with any third parties, advertisers, or other external entities. ## Error Logging In the event of application errors or unexpected behavior, we may collect and log diagnostic information to help us improve the app. This information is: - Completely anonymized - Never includes Google account information - Never includes spreadsheet IDs or client identifiers - Limited to technical information about the error itself - Might contain cell values that triggered the error limited to the specific cells ## Data Security We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data during processing. Our application uses industry-standard secure connections when communicating with Google's services. ## Changes to This Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
